The terms, in plain language

Membership terms

Membership fees are charged automatically on the first day of each month to the payment method on file.

Each service visit includes up to two hours of dedicated on-site labor, which is enough for most jobs on a maintenance list. If yours needs longer, we simply carry on at $75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with no second call-out charge.

Your membership fee buys your membership: priority, member rates and no call-out fees, with service visits included as a benefit of being current. Visits you do not use roll forward to the following month, up to two at a time. Banked visits stay available for as long as your membership is current.

Some work sits outside what a membership visit covers. We will still do it. It is simply quoted and billed separately at our regular rates, and it does not use up the visits included in your plan.

Cancellation and refunds

Memberships are month to month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for: your plan and its visits stay usable until then, nothing further is charged, and we do not prorate or refund a part-used month. Any banked rollover visits are forfeited when the membership ends.

Material payments are collected before anything is purchased. If a job is cancelled before we buy the materials, the material payment is refunded in full. Special order, custom and non-returnable materials are identified before purchase and cannot be refunded once ordered.

Need to move a scheduled visit? Tell us as soon as you can and we will rearrange it.

If you have a concern about completed work, tell us and we will review it with you.

Materials

Materials, parts and fixtures are not included in membership. Payment for materials is required before they are purchased or ordered. If the scope changes and more is needed, we will get your approval first.

Special order, custom and non-returnable materials are identified before purchase.

Travel

Travel within 15 miles of your nearest crew is included in every service call and every plan visit. Beyond that we add $1 a mile each way, and past 60 miles we quote the travel with the job so you see it before anything is scheduled. We are Albuquerque based and expanding into Farmington, Los Lunas, Belen and Raton as local crews come on board, which is what keeps most jobs inside the included radius.

Member discounts

Members receive 15% off our own labor, and 10% off coordinated HVAC and roofing projects. Once moving and hauling launch, commercial maintenance members receive 10% off those too. Materials, equipment rentals, replacement parts, refrigerant, permits, inspection fees, dump and disposal fees, fuel surcharges, specialty equipment and any licensed partner's own charges are billed separately. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless agreed in writing.

Service review

Every service request is reviewed within 24 to 48 hours before it is confirmed. The review considers scope, photos, materials, site conditions, permits and scheduling.

Priority member scheduling remains subject to that review and to availability.

Licensed trades

Property Solution Care LLC is the service brand you deal with. Work that requires a contractor's licence is performed by Elite Design Build Group LLC, our affiliated New Mexico GB-98 General Building Contractor, under common ownership. Work falling under the mechanical, electrical or roofing classifications is performed by trade partners who hold the matching licence in their own right, coordinated and supervised by us.

Privacy

This is what happens with your information when you use this site. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to do the work, and nobody watches you browse.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the site's forms: your name and contact details, the property address and its details, what the job needs, any photos or video you attach, membership application details, and, if you apply to work with us, the experience and resume you choose to share. The site collects nothing in the background.

How we use it

To review your request, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out the work, run your membership, reply to your enquiry, or consider your application. We contact you about your own requests and account. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

What we share

Only what the work needs. Where a licensed trade partner carries out part of a job, they receive the job details needed to do it, including the property address and your photos. Your information also passes through the systems the business runs on: website hosting, business email, and our scheduling and job management platform. Once online payments launch, card details will be entered directly with a PCI-compliant payment processor and will never touch this website. Beyond that, we do not share personal information with anyone unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers, and fonts, images and even the map are served from the site itself, so reading these pages in English tells no third party you were here. The one cookie we set ourselves is strictly functional: signing in to the customer portal sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and signing out removes it. The web server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting, as nearly every website's server does. The single exception to all of this is the language menu, described next.

The language chooser

The language menu at the top of every page is provided by GTranslate, and it uses Google's translation service to translate the page in your browser. Two things follow from that, and we would rather you knew both.

First, choosing a language loads a small program from GTranslate and sends the text of the page you are reading to Google to be translated. That is the only reason this site talks to anyone else while you browse, and it happens only on the pages you view. GTranslate and Google each have their own privacy policies. It also sets a cookie so the site remembers the language you picked.

Second, the translation is done by machine, not by a person. It is there so you can read the site comfortably, not as an official version. Our policies page is left in English on purpose, because those are the terms you are agreeing to and a machine translation of a contract is not something we are willing to stand behind. If English is difficult, call us and we will go through anything you like.

The map on our contact page

The contact page has a map you can pan and zoom, and it runs entirely on this website. The map is not embedded from Google or anyone else: the map data is a file stored here, drawn in your browser, so using it tells no other company anything about you. It sets no cookies of its own.

The only time anything leaves is if you tap "Get directions", which opens Google Maps. That is a separate company with its own privacy policy, and it is a step you choose to take rather than one we make for you.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep records of work we have done for as long as tax and business records require. If you would like to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, ask us. Unless a record has to be kept for legal reasons, we will do it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with its date. Questions about it go to propertysolutioncare@gmail.com. Last updated 29 July 2026, when the contact page gained a live map.

Website terms

These terms cover the use of this website. The work we do at your property is governed by your quote or membership agreement, not by this page.

Prices and quotes

Prices published on this site are our current standard rates and plans. They are the honest starting point, not a binding offer: every job is confirmed with a firm written quote after the 24 to 48 hour review, and the quote is what governs. Prices exclude New Mexico gross receipts tax, which varies by job location. Membership benefits are governed by the membership terms accepted at signup.

Licensing

Licensed contracting work is performed by Elite Design Build Group LLC, New Mexico GB-98 General Building Contractor, licence number 423350. HVAC, roofing, electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed trade partners who hold the matching licence in their own right, coordinated and supervised by us.

Franchising

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a franchise, nor the solicitation of an offer to buy one. If and when Property Solution Care offers franchises, they will be offered only through a Franchise Disclosure Document provided in accordance with applicable law.

What you send us

When you send photos, video or documents through the site, you confirm you are entitled to share them, and you give us permission to use them to review, quote, schedule and carry out the work. Photos of completed work appear in our marketing only with the customer's permission.

Using the site

The content of this site belongs to Property Solution Care and is provided for your information. You are welcome to link to it and to use it to decide whether to work with us; please do not republish it without permission, and do not misuse the forms, scrape the site or interfere with its operation.

The site itself

We keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is: we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself.
